Arrival Time

All garments are made to order, and production will commence upon receipt of your confirmation email. This process may take up to two weeks, after which delivery times will apply. 

You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at cheriesunde@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the items.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
